Selecting the Ripping Speed for Your CD-ROM Drive

1. From the AudioCatalyst menu bar, select Preferences.
2. From the Preferences menu, select Encoder.
3. In the Encoder Preferences, CD-Ripping, Rip field, select Faster or More Compatible and then click the OK button.
   

• Faster uses the actual speed of your CD-ROM drive when ripping
• More compatible rips at 1x speed regardless of the actual speed of your CD-ROM drive
